Relax and Rejuvenate
with Float Therapy
Floatation therapy – also known as sensory deprivation – offers a deeply calming experience for both body and mind.
You’ll float effortlessly in a shallow pool of water enriched with hospital-grade magnesium salts, while the water gently matches your skin temperature to create a sensation of complete weightlessness and peace.
This immersive environment supports stress relief, eases symptoms of anxiety and depression, improves sleep quality, alleviates chronic pain, and encourages overall wellbeing.
Each float session includes extra time to enjoy a refreshing shower before and after. Choose complete silence or one of our seven beautifully guided float meditations to enhance your experience.
Enhance your float with our Wellness Cocoon – the perfect complement to maximise your results.
