Rhema Wellness Studio – Health & Safety Policy

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests, the following conditions apply: 

Identification & Documentation

All guests must present valid photo ID and one or more of the following, where applicable:

  • A medical certificate stating they are safe to float unaccompanied in confined spaces, along with proof of diagnosis
  • A current Mental Health Care Plan
  • A valid concession or pension card
  • Proof of active rehabilitation (for those with a history of addiction)

Special Categories (Documentation Required)

  • Pregnancy
  • Guests with diagnosed mental health conditions
  • Concession or pension card holders
  • Guests currently undergoing addiction rehabilitation
  • Individuals experiencing insomnia or other sleep-related conditions 

Important Studio Policies

  • Entry will be refused to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol or exhibiting aggressive or threatening behaviour towards staff or other guests.
  •  Support workers must remain on-site for the duration of their client’s float.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a calm, safe, and inclusive space for all.

Cancellation Policy

We can completely understand that your plans can change.

If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a 50% fee, as we’re a small family float spa and often can’t fill the session at short notice.
